Dentalook is growing throughout Simcoe County, and we're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients take the next step toward better oral health.

This is more than a scheduling and administrative role. It's an opportunity to be the trusted guide patients rely on when making important decisions about their dental care. You'll help patients understand their treatment options, navigate financial arrangements, and feel confident moving forward with the care they need.

Schedule

Full-Time

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM


• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM


• Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM


• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM


• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with patients and create a welcoming experience


• Present treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and compassion


• Discuss financial arrangements and help patients understand their options


• Coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless treatment journey


• Follow up with patients and support them throughout their care


• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes


• Help patients feel informed, supported, and excited about their dental health

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements


• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities


• A compassionate, patient-focused mindset


• Positive attitude and strong team spirit


• A desire to continue learning and growing professionally

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Hourly rate ranges from $27-$31 per hour
