Honorarium Position

Overview

The Deputy Creative Director supports the Marketing & Communications Officer in developing and executing a cohesive creative vision for the Marketing Office. This role involves overseeing design teams, ensuring brand consistency, and managing both long-term and short-notice graphic projects.

Time Commitment and Remuneration

Term: May 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026

Hours: 8-10 hours per week

Honorarium: Awarded based on the Honorarium Grid in the Human Resources Policy (Click here)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic creative plan aligned with the Marketing & Communications Officer’s objectives.
• Lead and oversee the work of graphic designers, photographers, and video managers.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Visual Identity Standards and are reviewed for accuracy.
• Manage long-term graphics projects and respond to short-notice design requests.
• Act as the primary liaison between creative teams and clients, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
