Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for producing thoughtful and beautifully crafted work while continuously honing your skills through a variety of projects. You should have a basic understanding of the design process from start to finish, showcasing your passion for design through creative exploration and craft development. This role requires you to push your creative boundaries, think in a multi-disciplinary way and expand your capabilities and perspectives.

Ideal candidate

• Your design portfolio should feature work related to branding and visual identity development with strong typography skills. Ideally, you will also have some packaging experience, and understand how motion and digital play a role in bringing brands to life.
• You should demonstrate attention to detail, conceptual thinking, and motivation.
• Strong creative skills with a passion for design.
• Solid communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and curious.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing project needs and directions.
• Leadership qualities and maturity to handle client interactions.
• Open to new graduates, including self-taught individuals, who can showcase their creativity, motivation, and skill through their portfolio.
