Location: Regina, SK / Saskatoon, SK (Onsite)

Overview:


Our client is currently seeking three (3) experienced Deskside Support Technician(s) in Regina, SK and/or Saskatoon, SK (Onsite) starting July 2024. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of IT experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software; OS support (i.e., Win10); and providing Wi-Fi/cellular network support. Additionally, strong experience providing end user support and having access to transportation is required. Previous call centre experience would be an asset. Location: Regina, SK and/or Saskatoon, SK. Term: 3 to 5 months (depends on location). Strong potential of extension.


Responsibilities:


  • Applying and validating images on laptops.
  • Applying and validating configurations on modems (WiFi and cellular setup).
  • Installation and validation of final local database.
  • Oversee the distribution of laptops from the Tech Depot to designated locations.
  • Provide end user support.
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software and hardware.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • 4+ years of IT experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software; OS support (i.e., Win10); and providing Wi-Fi/cellular network support.
  • Strong experience providing end user support.
  • Have access to transportation is required.
  • Previous call centre experience would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Regina, SK and/or Saskatoon, SK.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
