We are currently seeking a Desktop Administration-Wintel to join our team in Montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA). Ensures proper functioning, maintenance, and support of IT systems and infrastructure within a designated geographical area. Responsible for first level on-site support, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of hardware and software, as well as providing technical guidance and assistance to users. University degree and 1-year minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requirements: French (Bilingual) \- we will require interview with local manager in Montreal to assess language skills.. Will work from two locations: (verify commute to locations will not be an issue) Three Days per week at our Henri Bourassa office Two Days per week at our Brossard office 5800 Henri-Bourassa ouest, Montreal, QB H4R 1V9 9995-L Chateauneuf Street Unit 6, Brossard, QB J4Z 3V7 there will be occasional need to work overtime to support/escort vendors for onsite repairs in Brossard.
