What You Will Do
Reporting to the Director of Real Estate Development, the Development Project Manager oversees the planning and construction of housing development projects on behalf of GVHS. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing construction and design teams to create new housing, writing affordable housing funding proposals, feasibility studies, and facilitated stakeholder engagement activities.

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly salary.
