The Role:

We’re looking for a digitally fluent Account Director who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. You’ll be the senior client partner and team leader, helping to shape visionary digital strategies and ensuring their flawless execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you’ll manage complex accounts, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and drive growth while championing culture-led, data-informed, and AI-enhanced thinking.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and nurture senior client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on digital strategy and innovation.


• Shape integrated digital strategies that fuse brand, culture, creativity, and technology.


• Oversee delivery across multiple touchpoints, ensuring work is on-time, on-budget, and exceeds expectations.


• Collaborate with a high-performing team of strategists, designers, UX experts, and technologists.


• Translate complex business objectives into actionable, human-centred digital solutions.


• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends, AI opportunities, and cultural insights.


• Mentor account executives & supervisors, fostering strong client-partnership fundamentals.


• Oversee account health, including scopes, staffing plans, budgets and forecasts.


• Maintain high bar for clarity, craft and execution across all outputs.


• Identify opportunities for organic growth, innovation, and expanded scope

Who You Are:

• 7–10+ years in digital account leadership, preferably at a creatively-driven agency.


• Experienced in managing complex, multi-channel digital campaigns.


• Deep knowledge of digital strategy, UX, creative, data, and emerging tech/AI.


• Strategic thinker with a natural ability to inspire clients and teams alike.


• Confident communicator and storyteller, able to translate insight into action.


• Passionate about culture, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of digital work.


• Highly capable in managing budgets, scopes, and multi-disciplinary teams.


• Calm, decisive and solutions-oriented leader.
