Job Description - Digital Marketing Spec Sr.

Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist facilitates and drives strategies and marketing campaign implementations to support operations, business development, and marketing initiatives. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management, marketing, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and an ability to thrive in a test-and-learn, fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Build and implement viable digital marketing strategies for the company.
  • Collaborate and drive digital marketing transformation and innovation.
  • Assess and evolve company’s digital campaigns to understand how to improve and increase profitability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to create and implement e-marketing campaigns for Rimkus family of brands.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Rimkus leaders across the company on various digital marketing projects.
  • Utilize various online tools such as Google Ads, social media ads, web analytics, search engine optimization, plus email and website campaign marketing (using HTML and CSS) to promote products and services offered by the company.
  • Utilize the CRM’s (Microsoft Dynamics 365) marketing platform to create email campaigns, client journeys, and marketing funnels with embedded linked fillable website forms per service.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the company’s SEO activities and recommend necessary changes.
  • Maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns. 
  • Produce reports to demonstrate ROI for marketing campaigns. Use results to offer recommendations of improvements to enhance current/future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with client CE Program team to design seminar and webinar websites, email invitations, and collateral.
  • Support brand awareness and implementing standards across marketing campaigns.
  • Design branded assets for Rimkus family of brands, platforms, and new patented technology as needed. Preferred, but not required.
  • Perform additional marketing projects as needed.
  • Required Education and Certifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Graphic Design experience preferred, but not required.
  • Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Proven success in building relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic partners.
  • Effective and consistent communication skills and comfortability interacting with diverse teams.
  • Advanced technical skills in: Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media ads, email marketing systems, CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (Project Insight preferred), plus extensive knowledge in HTML and CSS.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Possess positive attitude, sound judgement, and professionalism.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Graphic design experience and expert of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (preferred, but not required).
  • The Salary Range for this position is $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.

    Physical Demands, Overtime, and Travel Requirements

    Work is performed primarily in an at home or in-office setting. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, crouch, hear, and talk (must be able to speak and communicate clearly with employees). Employee may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary.

    There will be some occasions where overtime (or working after normal business hours) will be required to meet the demands of the position. 

    Minimal travel may be required.
