Job Description - Digital Marketing Specialist

Our Vancouver client is a leader in hospitality services. Currently they are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the digital acquisition of their headquarters and branches across Canada.

OVERVIEW

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all acquisition programming and optimizing, and curating a digital strategy with ad placements.

These platforms include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Email marketing: segmentation, automations, performance tracking
  • Meta (FB/IG) + Google Ads
  • Tik Tok
  • Linkedin
  • Google My Business
  • Search Engine Marketing
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Digital Listing Management
  • Website Management
  • Website updates
  • Creation and optimization of landing pages and conversion funnels to drive lead gen and sales
  • Assets Requests/Briefing
  • Copy Writing
  • Propose and Manage budgets over $100,000 +
  • Reporting

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in a Digital Marketing role
  • Proactive with the ability to lead digital strategy
  • Strategic thinker with ability to put forward new ideas and concepts to expand the potential customer reach
  • Tech-savvy
  • Adaptability- flexible and ability to adjust strategy as required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer Centric
  • Continuous learner: latest trends, techniques and best practices in digital marketing through ongoing learning and professional development
  • Hospitality experience advantageous but not required

    • COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • $65,000 – $75,000 annual salary
