Job Description

Live Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring a Digital Product Specialist for one of its Client.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and launch of new products and improving the existing products.


• Building and maintaining customer relationships and resolving customer issues.


• Collaborating with product teams, the development teams, Product Manager and provide performance reports as required.


• Exhibits an awareness and understanding of the organization’s public profile and materials associated with the digital products.


• Monitors trends and progress to make recommendations and support development of future enhancements.


• Supports stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining relationships and partnerships with local service providers.


• Works towards meeting service level targets with service providers, and consumers.


• Responsible for receiving and initial response to issues/tickets from end users

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 – 3 years of related experience in the digital customer service field.


• Experience in social media and software support including training and marketing of a software as a service.


• Experience supporting the development/launch of new digital products, building and maintaining customer relationship, collaborating with product/development teams, participating in the development of services and integration to the digital suite.


• Experience in sales or marketing in the digital field will be preferred.


• Awareness and experience working with diverse staff and consumers preferred.


• Manage, build and maintain partner relationships.


• Strong customer service skills and an ability to examine complex issues from different perspectives.


• Proficiency using social media channels and cloud-based software services to provide support to related applications.


• Good Project Management and Presentation Skills


• Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.


• University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Social Services, Digital Media, Communications or related field.
