Kuby Renewable Energy is expanding its residential solar division and is seeking driven, disciplined individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters.

This is a performance-based sales role for professionals who are comfortable working toward defined production targets and want to build a long-term career within an established renewable energy organization.

Kuby is an established Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company with well over a decade of experience delivering renewable energy projects across Western and Northern Canada.

Our portfolio includes residential, commercial and industrial solar projects supported by established engineering, design, construction and project delivery capabilities.

Our residential sales team operates with the backing of a proven EPC, experienced technical teams and a substantial project portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners and introduce residential solar solutions


• Identify and develop qualified opportunities


• Educate prospective customers on solar economics, available programs and project considerations


• Collect required customer and property information


• Schedule qualified solar consultations


• Maintain accurate lead and appointment records


• Conduct timely follow-up with prospective customers


• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly production targets

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Competitive, disciplined and results-oriented


• Confident engaging with prospective customers


• Self-motivated and accountable


• Receptive to coaching and performance feedback


• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation


• Previous sales experience is considered an asset

Compensation & Career Progression

Solar Appointment Setters:
$95,000–$140,000+ annually

High-performing representatives may advance into Solar Closer positions with earning potential of approximately $180,000–$240,000+ annually, with further opportunities in sales leadership and management.
