Toronto Community Participation Supports - North York, ON  (Finch & Islington Locations) Temporary  6 months  Full-Time position 40 hrs/wk 
Includes Weekdays, Evenings and Weekends.  (Mon - 8am-4pm, Tue - 8am-4pm, Wed - 8am-4pm, Thur - 8am-4pm, Fri - 8am-4pm  Saturday - 8:30am-4:30pm) - Be Flexible as per needs of Programs and as per Seasonal Programming

Valid FULL G driver's license Required

Hourly Rate: $25.05 - 29.30

Skills Required:

• DSW or CYS Diploma


• Current/Valid G Driver's License


• Computer Skills: Windows, Word, Excel, Email, etc.

Experience Required: 

• Behaviour supports


• Medical supports


• Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports


• Community Participation Supports (CPS)


• Employment and Volunteer supports


• Supports to people who have a dual diagnosis


• Supports to people who don't use words to communicate


• Supports to people who experience Autism


• Supports to people who experience FASD

Ability Required:

• Current NVCI


• Current First Aid/CPR


• Able to lift _25_ lbs


• Able to perform restraints


• Able to perform CPR


• Able to provide personal care which may include lifting, bending and/or twisting

The successful candidate will be selected based on Article 13.03 of the UFCW Toronto-York Bargaining Unit Collective Agreement.

The schedule line for this position is listed below:

(M -8am -4pm, T - OFF, W - 8am-4pm, Th - 8am-4pm, F - 8am-4pm  Saturday - 8:30am-4:30pm) - every other week as per the SEASON
