What you'll be doing
The Incident Management & Strategy Director is responsible for overseeing the organization’s incident management framework, ensuring rapid and effective response to operational disruptions, security breaches, and crises. This role leads the incident management team, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and implements strategies to minimize risk and impact to business operations. Key focus areas include incident orchestration with all relevant stakeholders, regulatory reporting, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site at our Chicago location, while other days may be remote.
