Job Description - Director of High Rise

Our client is an established real estate development with over 25 years of experience delivering high quality real estate development projects in the GTA. We are recruiting a Director of High Rise for this growing team.

Job Description

Work with the client team from pre-construction through to project occupancy

Work directly with the consultants and the regulatory agencies

Oversee portfolio of multiple high rise projects

Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget

Provide direction to your team members (project coordinators, project managers, estimators, site staff) to distribute workload accordingly

Advise owner's of any issues related to project that could impact schedule and budget and work towards dealign with issues

Coordinate site staff and trades in conjunction with the project team

Oversee contract changes, RFI's, and project submittals

Chair various project meetings

Qualifications

10-15 years of experience leading high rise residential projects from pre construction through to occupancy

Degree or Diploma in Construction Related Discipline

Gold Seal an Asset

Experience with COR

Professional Attitude

Able to work with deadlines and budgets in a professional manner
