Director of Manufacturing

Do you possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Business Administration, or a related field?Do you have at least 5 years of progressive managerial or directorial experience in manufacturing roles?Do you have experience working in unionized environments?The company is currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Director of Manufacturing.

In this key role, the individual will oversee manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to high standards, meeting deadlines, and fostering a culture of excellence. The Director of Manufacturing will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to execute strategic plans for ECCO Manufacturing.

Additionally, this role will work with various departments, including Supply Chain, Production, Operations, and Sales, to align with the company’s overarching goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates who meet or exceed the following criteria will receive preferred consideration:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial or directorial experience in manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements across manufacturing operations, optimizing productivity, efficiency, quality, cost reduction, and on-time delivery, emphasizing safety and employee relations.
• Expertise in managing manufacturing budgets, driving cost and production efficiency.
• Proven leadership in guiding manufacturing teams, fostering loyalty, dedication, and high employee morale.
• Experience working with unionized environments, demonstrating adeptness in navigating labor dynamics while aligning with organizational goals.
