Job Description - Director of Sales - Canada

Job Title: Director of Sales, Canada Location: Mississauga, Canada Company Overview: A global leader in innovative hearing solutions, offering a range of products from personal audio devices to cochlear implants. With a commitment to transforming lives through sound, operates through several core brand names.    Overview: As the Director of Sales, Canada, you will lead the sales strategy within the Canadian market. Leveraging your extensive experience in sales, marketing, and leadership, you will drive the brand towards achieving business objectives and growth targets. Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and support the sales team to achieve organizational goals. Design and implement sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders. Foster a culture of collaboration across departments and brands within the Canadian organization. Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand business and brand presence in Canada. Own and drive profit for region P&L Monitor departmental performance against goals, taking corrective actions as needed. Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners, and vendors. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director of parent company in Canada to align strategies across all brands. Participate in the development and execution of the annual business plan. Requirements: 10+ years of progressive sales, marketing, and managerial experience. Demonstrated success in driving sales in a complex B2B environment. Proven track record of leading effective and engaged sales teams. Experience in healthcare or comparable industries selling industrial med-tech products to retail. Audiology experience desirable Strong analytical and conceptual skills for data-driven decision-making. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
