Our client, a successful Pre-Construction Real Estate Investment firm located in Toronto, is seeking a Director of Sales & Operations to further scale up operations by managing the team (sales, marketing, admin, support staff) while also bringing vast knowledge of the pre-construction condo market in Ontario. They use FUB as a CRM and if you know what that means, we should talk.
Responsibilities
- As part of the operations team, the Director will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:
Manage the Operation (budgets, strategy, data analytics, marketing) - Act as the lead for sales, scaling transactions year over year
- Visit potential clients across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario
Qualifications
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
- Extensive experience in pre-construction condominium real-estate investment in Ontario
- Has managed a team including digital marketing manager, EA/Office manager, Resale leasing manager, construction manager & support staff
- Proven skills in selling pre-construction condo real estate
- Able to scale annual transactions from 300 up to 500 in a year
- Solid Real Estate CRM ability
- Able to create and act on strategy and own budgets
