Dishwasher - The Dusty Boot

We’re currently seeking Dishwashers to join our team! This position is part of a shared kitchen team supporting both The Dusty Boot and The Balkan Restaurant. While The Dusty Boot is the primary venue, all kitchen operations take place at The Balkan.

Welcome to The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall — the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub, and live music. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge, featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Enjoy bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards, and a chef-driven menu. Saddle up and settle in — must be whisky-drinking age (18+).

What You’ll Do:

• Clean, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow food safety and sanitation policies
• Assist with general kitchen duties

What You Have:

• Excellent work ethic and a positive team player attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Back of House experience is great, but not necessary. We’ll make you a pro in no time!
• Flexible schedule
