Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Efficiently schedule, dispatch, and monitor the movement of trucks, and operators to various job sites.

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and field staff, providing clear directions, load details, and real-time logistical support.

  
  


• 
  

  Receive incoming client requests, input orders accurately, and proactively communicate scheduling updates or delays.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all dispatch activities align with safety regulations, hours-of-service compliance, and client-specific site requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital logs, dispatch sheets, and tracking systems to support accurate billing and payroll.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet coordination (oilfield services or heavy trucking experience is highly valued).

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with the Lakeland region, oilfield lease roads, and reading LSD maps is a major asset.

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain calm and authoritative under pressure.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and standard MS Office applications.

  
  


• 
  

  A strong commitment to workplace safety; valid oilfield safety tickets (e.g., H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO) are preferred.
