Distribution Center Technician

Distribution center technician

Reporting to the distribution center supervisor, the warehouse technician ensures support for the distribution center's operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcoming the drivers;

• Print/Hand out the documents to the drivers;

• Have the drivers sign the documentation;

• Keep the system up to date;

• Ensure that the trailers are in the correct gates;

• Schedule appointments for drivers;

• Validate the trailer inventory;

• Keep the yard inventory up to date;

• Answer customer questions (by phone and email);

• All other related tasks.

Desired profile:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics;

• Excellent computer skills (Office suite, Outlook, etc.);

• Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken);

• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);

• Excellent organizational skills;

• Autonomy/resourcefulness.
