As an District Manager, Outside Sales, you will sell HCM solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients in person and virtually. You will serve as a consultative business partner introducing solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business
Owners, and more at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses. You'll provide expert guidance and use your entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business.

-full sales cycle experience - cold calling prospecting selling and closing
-1+ years field sales (face to face with clients)
-2+ years B2B sales experience in a quota driven environment

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
