Job title: Document Control Analyst (Intermediate)

Schedule: Mon-Fri (40 hours/week) Hybrid

Description:

Our client is a major North American energy company based in Calgary, Alberta - Canada, that develops and operates natural gas pipelines, storage facilities and power-generation plants, with focus on renewable energy sources.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all records and document management and its performance
• Provides direction, guidance and training to Document Control team and project team
• Develops, maintains and supports the projects overall Information Management Plan, processes and procedures
• Develops Document Control practices and procedures
• conducts business analysis of information flows
• Conducts company audits to ensure documents are being followed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain or related areas
• SharePoint knowledge
• Strong skills with all MS Office tools
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Very detail oriented, excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate with team
