We are currently looking for a Donor Portfolio Specialist at our Calgary base in the Foundation department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze donor giving patterns, retention, reactivation, capacity, affinity and lifetime value to identify opportunities for increased engagement and revenue growth.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support fundraising teams with timely, accurate insights.
• Provide insight-driven recommendations to support execution of the fundraising strategy and enhance donor journeys.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of donor data through routine checks and collaboration with CRM/database administrators.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, fundraising analytics, CRM reporting, or related roles (nonprofit experience preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM or donor database systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce, Tessitura, etc.).
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with segmentation, forecasting, and data modeling an asset.
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a curiosity-driven, continuous improvement mindset.
