Caron Equipment inc. is hiring for local construction, excavation and raodwork projects. Reporting to his foreman, the role of the HEO involves operating and maintaining heavy construction and earth-moving equipment to ensure safe and efficient project completion in construction, mining and roadwork environments. 

What does a Dozer operator do at Caron ?

• Responsible for moving earth, rock, and debris with precision, ensuring grades are level and work zones are safe and efficient


• Operate bulldozers to clear and level land


• Follow site plans, safety guidelines, and work orders


• Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment


• Work as part of a tight-knit, results-driven crew

What does it take to be Dozer operator ?

• Training in heavy equipment operation or equivalent experience


• At least 2 years' experience operating heavy machinery


• Class 5 driver's license


• WHMIS (asset)


• Surface common core (asset)


• MOL 4 step (asset)
