We are looking for individuals who have:

• At least 2–5 years’ experience operating equipment in an open-pit mining environment.


• Experience operating drills such as Epiroc Pit Viper, Epiroc SmartROC, Atlas Copco, Bucyrus, Sandvik, or similar.


• Strong understanding of drill patterns, collaring accuracy, depth control, and ground conditions.


• Physical capability to perform the requirements of the role safely and effectively, including climbing ladders to equipment, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs.


• Willingness and ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 7x7 rotation.


• Ability to remain focused and detail-oriented in all weather conditions and throughout all shift hours.


• Effective communication skills in English, including written, verbal, and 2-way radio communication.


• A strong personal commitment to safety.


• Demonstrated reliability and dependability, supported by a strong attendance record.


• Valid driver’s license preferred.


• First Aid/Mine Rescue Training considered an asset.

As a Driller, you will:

• Operate surface drill equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with site procedures.


• Accurately drill blast holes according to design specifications.


• Complete pre-trip inspections, FLHAs, and other reports as required.


• Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and safety standards.


• Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly.


• Communicate clearly and effectively using 2-way radios.


• Work collaboratively with team members to safely achieve production targets.

Wages and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: From $45.11, based on experience and qualifications


• Bonus Pay: Up to $25,000* extra annually through monthly and quarterly bonuses
