The Position

Supervises table activities on scheduled shifts. Ensures that a high level of customer service is maintained and, table play and policies and procedures are followed. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Demonstrates exceptional public relations with customers.
• Maintains an open-door policy with all employees and communicates issues, concerns, and feedback.
• Resolves customer and table disputes, explains the rating system to guests, implements bankroll adjustments and observes assigned game activity to provide game security.  
• Accountable for your staff, assisting with hiring, training, evaluations, recognition and development. 
• Exudes a strong presence on the gaming floor while managing team and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensures compliance with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and other applicable laws, policies and regulations.

What You Bring  

• A post-secondary education or comparable working experience in related fields along with certification from a dealer training school 
• Supervisory experience in the related field of one (1) or more years is preferred.
