About the Opportunity

We are hiring multiple Dynatrace professionals for a leading banking client in Toronto. We are looking for candidates at the Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Technical Architect levels who have strong experience in Dynatrace, Observability, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Synthetic Monitoring, Log Analytics, Cloud, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Dynatrace monitoring solutions.


• Configure Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), Log Analytics, Grail, and DQL.


• Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, and monitoring strategies.


• Support application onboarding and monitoring automation.


• Troubleshoot application performance, monitoring, and log ingestion issues.


• Build and maintain monitoring integrations with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.


• Support Kubernetes, containerized applications, and cloud-native monitoring.


• Develop automation scripts for monitoring and operational activities.


• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow and CI/CD pipelines.


• Participate in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.


• Collaborate with development, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, and application teams.


• Document monitoring standards, processes, and technical solutions.

For Senior Engineers & Architects:

• Lead enterprise monitoring implementations.


• Define observability strategy and governance.


• Design scalable Dynatrace architecture.


• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.


• Lead monitoring migration initiatives (e.g., Splunk to Dynatrace).
