Major Responsibilities and Abilities:
- Establish and maintain positive daily communication and interaction with families, providing quality child care, excellent service and building meaningful relationships with the families we serve.
- Plan and implement a best practice childcare program based on the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum.
- Ensure adherence with the Manitoba Child Care Program licensing requirements and YMCA of Brandon’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain good communication with your supervisor, colleagues and families

Qualifications:
- Grade 12, must be 18 years or older
- Clear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry upon hire.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Three professional references
