About the Role

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle across the e-commerce function, with a strong focus on studio production, digital merchandising, and brand execution. This role oversees the flow of inventory from intake through photography, styling, product publishing, and online presentation, ensuring every product meets Mine & Yours’ luxury standards.

This role blends operational leadership with a creative and detail-oriented lens, ensuring product is not only processed efficiently, but styled, presented, and merchandised in a way that drives conversion and reflects brand positioning. The E-Commerce Manager works cross-functionally with Buying, Retail, Operations, and Marketing to align on product flow, campaign readiness, and storytelling across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead and manage the regional e-commerce and studio team, including associates, photographers, and editors.

  • Hire, onboard, and develop team members with a focus on elevating both operational performance and creative output.

  • Set clear expectations around productivity, quality, and brand standards across all roles.

  • Oversee scheduling and resource allocation across intake, studio, and publishing functions to ensure daily output targets are met.

  • Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews, identifying opportunities to grow team capabilities across production and merchandising.

  • Champion communication and recognition to build team engagement and ownership.

Studio Production & Product Flow

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: intake → prep → styling → photography → editing → product description → publishing → fulfillment.

  • Ensure all products are styled, shot, and presented according to Mine & Yours’ luxury visual standards.

  • Oversee studio operations, including shoot planning, model/on-model execution, and workflow efficiency.

  • Maintain strict quality control across imagery, product details, and publishing accuracy.

  • Partner with Buying and Retail to forecast intake and ensure studio capacity aligns with inventory flow.

  • Continuously optimize workflows to reduce intake-to-live time while maintaining quality.

Digital Merchandising & Brand Execution

  • Own digital merchandising across product drops, collections, and seasonal launches.

  • Ensure product assortment is curated and presented in a way that supports conversion, storytelling, and inventory turn.

  • Oversee homepage updates, collection builds, and product sorting to reflect current priorities and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution, ensuring product readiness, alignment on creative direction, and consistency in brand voice.

  • Support and guide styling direction for on-model and editorial shoots to maintain a cohesive visual identity across the site.

Operational Management

  • Ensure regional e-commerce operations meet productivity, fulfillment, and sales KPIs.

  • Track daily output across intake, studio, and publishing; identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

  • Develop and enforce SOPs across all stages of product handling and digital execution.

  • Maintain BOH and studio organization to support efficiency, inventory accuracy, and audit readiness.

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless coordination between physical inventory and online availability.

Vendor & Business Management

  • Manage relationships with key vendors including photographers, stylists, shipping partners, and technology platforms.

  • Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, speed, or cost efficiency.

  • Ensure packaging, shipping, and post-purchase experience align with brand expectations.

Innovation & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to elevate the online experience through improved product presentation, merchandising, and workflow automation.

  • Implement tools and processes that enhance studio efficiency and digital output quality.

  • Partner with leadership on scaling production capabilities and evolving the e-commerce experience.

  • Foster a test-and-learn mindset across merchandising, styling, and content execution.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management within a high-volume e-commerce or retail environment.

  • Experience leading studio production, photoshoots, or content creation workflows.

  • Strong eye for styling, visual merchandising, and luxury brand presentation.

  • Proficiency in Shopify and product publishing workflows.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality control.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Passion for luxury resale, fashion, and digital storytelling.

KPIs

  • Fulfillment accuracy > 99%

  • Average intake-to-live time < 14 calendar days

  • Studio image QA accuracy > 99%; reshoot rate < 3%

  • Maintain fulfillment backlog < 2 business days

  • 100% campaign and homepage launches executed on schedule

  • Achieve YoY improvement of ≥ 15% in team productivity and throughput

  • Meet or exceed regional online sales targets

  • Maintain audit-ready studio and BOH environments at all times

Our Commitment to Inclusion

At Mine & Yours, diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to who we are. We know these values strengthen our business, our team, and our impact in the world. We welcome all qualified candidates to apply and are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for everyone.
