We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented eCommerce Order Processor to join our team at our Markham location.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Process and manage eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently.

  
  


• 
  

  Create and process customer orders within the required systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Create and maintain accurate online product/item listings.

  
  


• 
  

  Enter and maintain purchase order (PO) information.

  
  


• 
  

  Review order information to ensure accuracy before processing.

  
  


• 
  

  Update product and order information as required.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with Shopify, NetSuite, Excel, and other Microsoft tools for order processing and related administrative tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, product, inventory, or processing discrepancies.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly and on time.

  
  


• 
  

  Support day-to-day eCommerce operations and other related duties as required.

  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 
  

  Minimum 3 years of previous eCommerce listing and/or order-processing experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience working with Shopify.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with NetSuite is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with order creation, product/item listings, and PO entry.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Good organizational and time-management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  Must be available to work on-site, 5 days per week.

  Must be available for an immediate start.
