EDM- Candidate Portal

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: OPEN BAMBOO & ADD NEW CANDIDATE

1. Click on the Hiring Tab in the left-hand column
   


2. Click on your base location "Candidate Portal"
   


3. Click on "New Candidate" button

STEP 2: TO CREATE A CANDIDATE & SET ACTION IF NECCESARY

1. Add First Name, Last Name. Leave all other fields empty


2. Upload Resume (MANDATORY for all Candidates, including REHIRES)


3. Complete Manager Action Questions. 


4. Upload any other files (abstract, referral program sheet, etc.)


5. Click the “Save" button
   

STEP 3: TO ADD NOTES & COMMUNICATE WITH HR/RECRUITMENT

1. Select the “Notes” tab


2. Use the “New Comment” box to write notes, request details, etc., to the HR/Recruitment team.


3. Click “Post” to save the Comment (this sends a notification to other collaborators)
