Electrical Harness Assembler

AL Fabrication is seeking a skilled Electrical Harness Assembler to join its manufacturing team. In this role, you will build, route, and install complex electrical harnesses and wiring systems used in the Landrich Harvester Track Machine. This position requires strong attention to detail, solid hands-on assembly skills, and the ability to interpret technical documents such as wiring diagrams and schematics.

 Specific Responsibilities 

• Assemble electrical harnesses, cable assemblies, and wiring systems according to engineering drawings and specifications. 


• Crimp, solder, heat-shrink, and terminate wires using proper tools  


• Inspect assemblies for continuity, proper connections, and overall quality. 


• Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve build issues. 

 Education, experience, and skills required 

• Experience in electrical assembly, wire harnessing, or related field. 


• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. 


• Strong attention to detail and quality. 


• Ability to work in an environment of changing priorities. 


• Ability to work 43 + hours per week. 


• Bilingual (English & French) 

 Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders on a regular basis 


• Ability to lift and/or move between 25 to 50lbs  


• Occasionally lift and/or move more than 50lbs with assistance 


• Ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach above and below waist
