Electronics Engineer - Cancer Instrumentation - Cambridge


A growing Medical Devices Division is currently looking for an Electronics Engineer to help with the development of new Cancer Instrumentation devices, based in South Cambridge.


You'll be working on a wide range of electronics design, including but not limited to power electronics, digital/analogue electronics, RF and other complex fields like thermal, motion control and electro-mechanical or electro-medical devices.

We don't expect you to have worked on all of these, but as many as possible with advantageous.


Specifically, you'll need experience working within Medical Devices to ISO 13485 or EN 60601 standards.

You'll be working on Cancer Instrumentation devices that are being used to increase the survival rates of cancer patients.

Although, experience on other Medical Devices will be considered or Scientific Instrumentation.


The company have state of the art labs and workshops, specifically designed to you can be successful in your work.

They also have a gym on site, local running and bike tracks for your health needs and wellness programs also to help you if needed.


It is expected that you would hold a degree within electronics or another subject that has led you into an electronics engineer role within the Medical Devices sector.
