About the Role


As a leading luxury menswear retailer operating across Canada, Harry Rosen is seeking an Email and CRM Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll go beyond building email templates — you’ll own email across the customer lifecycle (both one-off emails, and Automated Journeys) and SMS campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization and reporting. You’ll be a key player in shaping our customer journeys, leveraging our customer engagement platform (Braze) to create personalized, high-performing communications that strengthen relationships and drive results.

What You’ll Do

  • Ideation & Planning
    • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to develop a high-impact email & SMS calendar aligned with key business priorities.
    • Identify opportunities to evolve customer journeys and lifecycle programs, ensuring communications are relevant, timely, and engaging.
  • Email & SMS Campaign Development & Execution
    • Build, test, and deploy campaigns in Braze, ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery.
    • Build advanced personalization using Liquid logic, dynamic content, and data-driven triggers in Braze.
    • Develop and maintain modular, scalable email templates using Liquid, ensuring accessibility compliance
    • Develop segmentation strategies to target distinct customer groups and maximize engagement.
    • Design and implement automated journeys, triggered campaigns, and personalized experiences that strengthen customer relationships.
  • Optimization & Growth
    • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution, etc.) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
    • Run A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, design, and messaging to continually improve results.
    • Monitor industry trends, platform capabilities, and best practices in lifecycle marketing.
  • Collaboration & Ownership
    • Act as a subject matter expert for email and SMS marketing, advising internal stakeholders on best practices.
    • Partner with leader and analytics to translate performance into business insights and identify growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and channels in a fast-paced environment.
  • A balance of creativity and technical know-how, with curiosity to test, learn, and innovate.
  • Baseline understanding of segmentation, customer lifecycle marketing, and journey automation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing or CRM, preferably in Braze or a similar Email Service Provider

** Compensation for this role will be dependent on skills, experience, and seniority. The starting compensation range for this role is $65, 000 - $85,000 annually.
