Job Description - eMarketing Coordinator

LabX Media Group is a leading B2B science media company delivering award-winning editorial content, essential industry news, analysis, and insights for the scientific research and life science communities.



We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated eMarketing Coordinator to support our eMarketing Operations. 



This is a full-time, permanent position. We welcome applications from recent graduates/individuals looking to build their experience, or those looking to re-enter the workforce.



The primary responsibility of eMarketing Coordinator will be to support custom lead generation campaigns and admin tasks. The primary role will include; end-to-end management of lead generation campaigns, including uploading landing pages, and creating custom forms, liaising with clients, sales teams, and writers. Additionally, managing processes for email marketing (including builds, list creation, and execution), including analysis of emails and reporting (weekly/monthly reporting). Lastly, accurate record keeping in Trello and custom trackers which campaign status, goals, and email dates.



The successful candidate will report to the Team Lead - eMarketing, to ensure the seamless execution of programs and the efficient operation of lead generation initiatives.



Responsibilities:




  • Responsible for the building, monitoring, and maintenance of lead generation landing pages, including custom form creation.

  • Responsible for the email marketing promotion schedule of lead generation campaigns, including building, and deployment of promotional emails.

  • Responsible for specialized lists creation to support eMarketing for lead generation campaigns.

  • Responsible for the construction, deployment, and monitoring of E-Drip / workflow campaigns.

  • Responsible for various other lead generation promotions including: compendiums, multi-sponsored content as needed per campaign, and additional promotional needs as required

  • Coordinate with Paid Social Media teams to set up and execute campaigns as needed.

  • Responsible for monitoring and following up with external clients, Creative Writers and Design to ensure timelines are met for campaign goals.

  • Responsible for communicating any and all updates on lead generation campaigns, including, but not limited to launch timelines, materials required, changes needed, and analysis of launched campaigns.

  • Continually assess, update, and make necessary changes to all operational SOPs in relation to the position.

  • Maintain accurate record keeping of campaigns in Trello and custom Tracker.

  • Support with additional tasks, that may include, but not limited to: newsletter and 3rd party eBlast support, event and webinar eMarketing and various other tasks for support and coverage.



Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of experience working with email marketing is an asset

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)

  • Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross-functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.

  • Industry Expertise: Familiarity with digital publishing, lead generation campaigns, or science sectors is highly desirable.

This role requires regular in-office attendance in Midland, ON. Employee's may be eligible to work remotely up to three days per week. Preference will be given to candidates located within commuting distance to the Midland office.
