Employee Experience Coordinator

What You’ll Do

·       Own onboarding logistics-from welcome kits to orientation scheduling

·       Help tell our story through clear, engaging internal comms

·       Keep Employee experience tools and org charts up-to-date and useful

·       Support team events, training initiatives, and culture programs

·       Jump in where needed to improve the employee journey

·       Events and touchpoints feel genuine and well-executed

·       Tools, systems, and communication keep our fast-paced team aligned

·       You become a trusted go-to for help, info, and energy

What You Bring

·       1-3 years in people-focused roles

·       Strong communication and organization skills

·       A proactive mindset spots gaps and fixes them

·       Familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, and training

·       Comfort with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Employee Experience tools (Rippling or similar)

·       A warm, people-first approach with attention to detail
