  • Collaborate with community partners and refer clients to appropriate resources

  • Balance client appointments, documentation, and follow-ups throughout the day

About You

  • Passionate about helping others succeed in their career goals

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy day

  • Comfortable using technology and case management systems to stay organized and on track

Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Career and Work Counselling, Social Services, or

    • a related field with minimum 1 year of direct experience in employment or career counselling

  • Career Development Practitioner certification (CCDP) or working toward it — asset

  • Experience supporting vulnerable populations using client-centred approaches — asset

Additional Information

  • Office-based position (Cornwall)

  • Neat, professional appearance (business casual)

  • Must maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy standards
