Employment law lawyer

What you will do:

• Provide legal advice and consultation services to managers of private and public institutional clients regarding laws and regulations governing labour relations, as well as the application of collective agreements, where applicable;


• Represents these employers before administrative tribunals specialized in grievance arbitration and before courts of general jurisdiction;


• Drafts briefs, legal opinions, contracts and agreements;


• Negotiates collective agreements and drafts applicable texts;


• Develops and provides training;


• Drafts legal information documents for distribution, including newsletters.
