FOCUS Canada is seeking an experienced Program Officer for its Livelihoods Program which is aimed at effective resettlement of refugees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project management and stakeholder relations in support of FOCUS Canada’s mission in Canada. This includes supporting FOCUS Canada’s participation in the Economic Mobility Pathways Project (EMPP), a program of Immigration, Refugees, Citizenship Canada (IRCC) designed to welcome refugees and their families through Canada’s economic immigration programs.

The incumbent will also be responsible for identifying and recruiting employers to participate in our program, which aims to provide job opportunities to individuals seeking to improve their livelihoods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in employer recruitment and a passion for helping others succeed and who can project manage and lead growth strategies for FOCUS Canada.
