Service New Brunswick is seeking an Endpoint Device Analyst to support the Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation across New Brunswick. The role will support the selection, standardization, configuration, deployment, testing, documentation, and lifecycle management of endpoint and print devices used by clinical and administrative staff in healthcare facilities across the province.
This position will work closely with CIS, operational, clinical, and technical teams to gather and validate requirements, support endpoint and print deployment planning, contribute to testing and user acceptance activities, and help ensure endpoint solutions are aligned with clinical workflows, security standards, and operational needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overnight travel throughout the province and on-site work is required as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in French and English is required.
Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Teams.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates will be required to undergo Criminal History Clearance prior to appointment.
Salary: $53,742- $75,114 annually – Pay Band 3 - Management and Non-Union Pay Plan
