Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to promote energy products and services.
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to educate clients on energy solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Analyze customer needs and tailor energy solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and share best practices for sales success.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale follow-up.

• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or energy sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Familiarity with energy products and services is an asset but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Competency in using sales tools and managing customer relationships effectively.
