POSITION SUMMARY, DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Position Summary
We are looking for an ambitious Engagement Manager – Financial Modelling and Due Diligence, who above all wants to do high quality, impactful work they can take pride in.

The ideal candidate has experience in management consulting, corporate finance, private equity, public accounting, FP&A, transaction advisory or investment banking, and above all wants to do high quality, impactful work they can take pride in—work that creates real value for our clients. Our top priority in hiring for this role is a dedication to excellence, client service and mentoring. Obviously, we need someone who is strong with finance and accounting, but that can be gained in many ways. We’re prepared to provide significant support if you need to deep-dive on financial modelling and due diligence if your background was a bit less direct (e.g., public accounting or general management consulting).
As a Manager, you will lead projects working with our Consultants and Analysts. As a team, you will deliver comprehensive financial models, develop quality of earnings reports and databooks, build KPI dashboards, conduct industry research, build presentation decks, and conduct in-depth analyses for management using financial data.

This role will help you deepen your professional services management and supervisory skills, and your client management skills, while widening your financial modelling, due diligence and data analytics abilities. Ultimately, you will play a large role in a quickly growing team with big ambitions.
Our company is on a hybrid model, with the entire team in-office (at 100 Sheppard Avenue East, Suite 880, Toronto) Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the balance of days at home. We expect that this will be our permanent arrangement - we have no plans to increase the in-office expectations. While we feed off of each other's enthusiasm and passion while together in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday), we also recognize the importance of being able to balance both work and personal commitments through work-from-home three days a week. Our hybrid model is a reflection of the independence that our team is entrusted with in completing their work.
