EngLinks First Year Workshop Tutor 2025/2026 - PAID!

As a workshop tutor, you will help prepare first-years for their upcoming midterms and final exams. You will run workshops for large groups of students, guided by provided EngLinks resources. No experience is necessary, but we believe applicants should:

• Have a good understanding of the course’s material.
• Be able to dissect complicated problems into a series of steps.
• Have strong oral communication skills.
• Be attentive to details such as timing, quality of their notes, etc.
• Be respectful, patient, and engaging.

Workshops are run according to the first-year midterm and exam schedule. Tutors can expect each workshop to take 1-3 hours with 2-3 hours of prep time. Workshop tutors are paid $20/hour.

This position is open to engineering students in 2nd year or higher only.

There is no interview process for this position. Applications will close on September 12th, 2025 at 11:59pm!!
