This position offers significant growth potential in cloud application management, AI-driven automation, and solution design—ideal for someone eager to expand their technical capabilities while making a measurable impact.

  • User Access Control: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring proper access control within systems.  Working knowledge of Okta, Azure, AD or similar for user authentication and provisioning.

  • Testing and Upgrades: Support testing, upgrades, and deployments of application enhancements, working closely with other admins, developers, and external vendors.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with Service Managers, Devs, and other teams to understand business needs, propose solutions, and deliver application improvements that align with organizational goals.

  • Incident Management: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system errors, providing timely updates, and following up with relevant parties to resolve incidents effectively.

  • API & Integration Experience: Experience using middleware tools to connect systems.  Knowledge of REST/SOAP API usage for data exchange or automation.

  • AI & Automation: Familiarity with AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot, Atlassian Intelligence, NetSuite Intelligence Cloud or Slack AI.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role, working with business systems like NetSuite, Dayforce, Jira, Slack or similar platforms.  Demonstrated experience with Copilot or other enterprise LLM based assistants.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and system administration.

  • Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Experience with integration tools like Azure Functions, or Data Factory is desirable but not required.
