Title: Program Assistant, Pathways to Education
Reports to: Manager, Youth Services

Salary: $21.60 - $25.41/hour or $39,312.00 – $46,246.20

Location: Kingston
Position Summary
Working closely with Manager, Youth Services, the Program Assistant supports the communications and administrative function of Pathways to Education program (Pathways). This position has a specific focus on the growth of the Trauma Responsive portfolio. The Program Assistant also monitors and supports social media engagement and presence for the Trauma Responsive portfolio; supports consistent branding standards, particularly related to flyers and other communications with an external focus; maintains and edits the organization’s website. The Program Assistant will also support the development of various communications materials relevant to Pathways while also supporting the marketing, scheduling and outreach of Trauma Responsive trainings.
