Estimating Manager - (Structural Consulting Firm)

Job Title: Estimating Manager

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba - In Office

Pay: $70K - $105K

About the Company:We are partnered with a Structural Consulting Firm to help them find an Estimating Manager for their Winnipeg office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates and manage resources effectively.

- Estimate project costs and analyze blueprints.

- Find project solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.

- Manage a team of estimators and handle client communication.

Requirements:

- Need understanding of structural steel detailing.

- Good with MS Office, especially Excel.

- Experience with Bluebeam, Tekla Powerfab, or Fabsuite is a plus.

- Skilled in leadership and blueprint reading.

- Organized and able to think critically.

- Relevant Diploma, Certificate, or experience.
