We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant behalf of our client, a global Tier 1 automotive manufacturer located in the Windsor area. This position is full time in the office and will provide administrative assistance to the Executive Management Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Executive Management to initiate organization strategy and follow up with execution plan
- Input to develop Group different business unit strategies globally
- Execute special projects in the direction of Executive Management, maintain confidentiality and discretion on sensitive issues.
- Understand Executive Management brainstorming initiatives and transfer the contents into presentable format, through Excel or PowerPoint
- Establish and maintain company overview presentations and be able to give brief introduction
- Understand company’s fundamental business and input to resource planning, allocation
- Support Group Controller for corporate office cost management including CAPEX, license maintenance, travel cost, etc.
- Assist Executive Management in making efficient use of limited time and resources through effective organization of schedules, mails, files, correspondences, travels, and meetings.
- Approve administrative requests to Executive Management direct reports, in terms of travel, vacation, expense, etc., with guidance
- Effectively support and back up other administrative activities, especially for high priority meetings, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for Corporate office team members.
- Prepare Executive Management expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents.
- Different levels of meeting preparation (internal / external), including meeting agenda and meeting minutes, action plan, etc.
- Support Executive Management to improve employee motivation and job satisfaction, as well as brainstorm and input to team building activities.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (business or marketing), MBA is highly preferred
- 3-5 years’ work experience
- Good logical thinking skills
- Good business sense
- Excellent computer skill at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a requirement
- Fluent in written and oral English is a requirement
- Written and oral Chinese (Mandarin) skills is a definite preference
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong team player and good social skills
- Self-motivated, can work under pressure, with a motivated and proactive attitude
- Corporate office administrative / executive assistant experience working with an Executive Management Team is a requirement
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency, initiative, responsiveness and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
