Mjolnir Security is a Canadian cybersecurity firm built for high-stakes environments. We specialize in digital forensics and incident response, threat intelligence, penetration testing, and managed SOC services — supporting clients across financial services, critical infrastructure, automotive, and government sectors. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Toronto, we operate at the intersection of deep technical capability and operational urgency. The work is serious, the team is sharp, and the standard is high.
Position Summary
We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and senior leadership directly. This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. You'll be trusted with sensitive information, expected to operate several steps ahead, and relied on to keep leadership focused on what matters. If you thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and take pride in making things work without friction, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, communications, and priorities with minimal direction
Own scheduling across internal teams, external clients, legal counsel, and strategic partners
Attend leadership and client meetings; capture decisions and drive action item follow-through
Prepare polished presentations, briefings, reports, and correspondence on behalf of executive leadership
Review, organize, and track contracts, proposals, SOWs, and sensitive documentation
Coordinate logistics for client engagements, board meetings, and strategic events
Serve as a communications bridge between the executive team and internal departments, vendors, and partners
Handle confidential information — personnel matters, legal files, client data — with absolute discretion
Support operational and strategic initiatives as they arise
What We're Looking For
3+ years in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff–adjacent role, ideally in technology, professional services, or a similarly demanding environment
Experience supporting a founder or C-Suite executive, not just a department head
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint — at a level beyond basic use
Strong written communication: you can draft a crisp email, a tight briefing, or a board-ready summary without heavy editing
Comfortable with ambiguity, tight timelines, and shifting priorities
Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or technical professional services is a genuine advantage — you don't need to be a practitioner, but you should be able to follow the conversation
Discretion is non-negotiable; you'll have access to information that doesn't leave the room
Why Mjolnir
You'll be working directly with a founder-led team that has conducted nearly 600 investigations and built a portfolio of proprietary security technology. The work spans active incident response, regulatory engagements, and complex enterprise clients. It moves fast, the stakes are real, and the people around you know what they're doing.
