The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Executive Officer provides senior-level, highly confidential administrative and operational support to the President & CEO and serves as the central coordination point for the CEO’s office.
This role enables effective executive leadership, governance, and organizational alignment through the management of executive priorities, confidential materials, and corporate planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting the APC Board of Directors and Board Committees, ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication, and timely coordination of governance materials and meetings.
Working closely with the Executive Team and key internal and external stakeholders—including government partners—the Executive Assistant exercises sound judgment, discretion, and initiative to proactively manage competing priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment, contributing to APC’s vision of being a world-class organization.
Responsibilities
Board & Governance Support
Coordinate all logistical and administrative aspects of APC Board of Directors and Board Committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, material compilation, minute-taking, and distribution of official records.
Corporate Planning, Government & Stakeholder Support
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
