Expeditor - Food & Beverage

As an Expeditor (aka Culinary Courier or Food Flow Coordinator), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operations in our restaurant. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen and front of house staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests. The key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating food orders,


• Ensuring quality control of dishes,


• Presenting dishes to guests,


• Monitoring supplies, and


• Communicating with, and assisting, other members of the Front of House Team and Culinary department.

Requirements:

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Enthusiasm for seasonal ingredients and culinary creativity.


• Enjoy being active on your feet / motivated to get your steps in during shifts.


• Able to balance a heavy load of food-laden plates while navigating the restaurant floor efficiently.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.


• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry would be an asset.
